Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If you believe your package has been lost or is missing, please contact us with your order number. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, work with the relevant shipping carrier or fulfillment partner to investigate.
